Bishop: Rev. Moses Yang
Reverend Moses Yang is the Senior Pastor of the Christian Evangelical Church in Livingston. Rev. Yang founded the Evangelical Mission and Seminary International (E.M.S.I.) with the launch of the Fellowship of Life in 1968 . In 1975, he established the first Christian Evangelical Mission (CEM) church in West Orange, now the Christian Evangelical Church in Livingston. EMSI is now a worldwide evangelical organization with ministries across Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa. Rev. Moses Yang oversees all 55 churches under CEM, including 16 churches based in the United States.
Pastor Ding Chan is the Pastor of the Christian Evangelical Church in Livingston since July 2024. Prior to coming to CEC Livingston, Pastor Ding served as a deacon at the Christian Evangelical Church in New York City. He preached, led Bible studies and fellowships for adults and youth, and oversaw the various ministries of the church. His primary burdens are to grow the church by teaching the word of God, sharing the gospel, and defending the faith. It is his heart's desire to equip and train believers in biblical truth.

Pastor: Ding Chan

Assistant Pastor: Mark Xu
Assistant Pastor Mark Xu began assisting with the pastoral ministry at the Christian Evangelical Church in Livingston in July 2023. His focus is to preach God’s word in Chinese to the congregation and to minister to Chinese-speaking members. He leads two Chinese Bible study groups in the church. His ministry includes visiting church members, sharing the gospel, and supporting the various church ministries to the best of his ability.
Assistant Pastor Elaine Huang has faithfully served the Lord alongside her husband, Mark Xu, for many years. Since July 2023, she has joined him in assisting with the Lord's work at Christian Evangelical Church in Livingston. In addition to preaching on Sundays, helping lead Bible study, and sharing the gospel, Elaine also nurtures the church's believers and attends to the spiritual needs of brothers and sisters in the congregation.
